I believe in the principles of self-actualization and protecting one's peace by any means necessary. Your personal journey will have many different phases and goals; progress NOT perfection.

Behavioral Coaching helps others navigate; not by steering or charting a course for them, but by supporting them to navigate for themselves. This program will explore the 5 major navigational challenges faced by individuals:
A family's patterns of behavior influence the individual and therefore may need to be a part of the treatment plan. In marriage and family navigation, the unit of treatment isn't just the person - even if only a single person is interviewed - it is the set of relationships in which the person is embedded. Marriage and family Navigation is solution-focused specific, with attainable goals.
